This Land Rover Defender 110 is an iconic and well-converted Double Cab 4×4, custombuilt as a fitting tribute to one of the most recognisable cinemaDefenders in recent years.
It is powered by a 2.4-litre turbodiesel inline-four, which sends its power to all four wheels via a six-speed manual transmission, and locking differentials.
First registered in June 2007, this Defender is now offered for sale by its third owner, who acquired it two and a half years ago.
The Defender has covered only 600 miles since its conversion, though the chassis mileage is approximately 83,000 miles.
The vehicle now features a set of five-spoke wheels with Maxxis Trepador tyres, wide wheel arches, aSafety Devices roll cage and roof rack, full LED lighting, a WARN winch, the iconic front rope detail,Recaro heated leather front seats, tinted windows, soundproofing, a suede headlining, and a new steering wheel, side steps, and rear step.
It was also resprayed from grey to its current hue of Santorini Black, over a new black leather-trimmed interior.
As mentioned above, the vehicle rides on a set of heavyduty 16-inch wheels, fitted with chunky Maxxis Trepador tyres, all of which are brand new.
Factory-fitted equipment includes electric front windows, heated seats, heating and ventilation, and a CD radio head unit.
This Defender Double Cab left the factory finished in grey with a white roof, and in recent years has been converted to a Santorini black Spectre Avocation.
The upgrade programme included a full repaint in Santorini Black, a 2-inch suspension lift, installation of heavy duty shock absorbers, and fitment of 16-inch wheels and huge 37-inch Maxxis Trepadortyres.
A full exterior roll cage and roof rack was added, along with a NAS rear step, chequer plate protection around the lower edges, roof-mounted spotlights, and substantial wheel arch extensions to cover the much larger wheel and tyre combination.
At the front, it has an A-bar with a heavy duty WarrnVR winch with battery remote, as well as bonnet ropes, gloss black grille and headlight surrounds, and an LED light conversion.
The interior was re-trimmed in black quilted leather, with a dark suede Alston headliner. The RecaroBucket seats were installed with the removeable bottoms to access the under seat compartments, specially for the land Rover Defender. The leather trim extends to the dashboard and binnacle cover, and there is a Momo Tuner three-spoke steering wheel.
Equipment includes electric front windows heated leather seats and heated windscreen. There is also a leather-trimmed cubby box with cup holders between the front seats.

Accompanying the Defender is an extensive service history with stamped book, both keys, and the leather bound folder.

Inside, the cabin in very good order with no apparent major wear. As is to be expected given the car’s mileage, there are signs of use on the door cards and pedals, but the interior is very smart overall.

The car’s last MOT test was conducted on 2 November 2022 at 82,091 miles, resulting in a first-time pass with no advisories noted.

This Defender’s most recent routine maintenance was carried out in March 2022 at 81,892 miles by Cross Country Co Automotive. A general service, this includes an engine oil and filter change, along with the replacement of the air filter, the fuel filter, and the universal joint on the front prop shaft.
Prior to this, the car was serviced in February 2020 by Ryan Autocare. This was a routine service with replacement of the drag link ends, setting thetracking, fabrication and fitment of a nearside brake pipe, replacement of the nearside brake calliper, as well as replacement of the offside lower shock absorber bushes. It was also serviced by GEMM 4×4 in October 2019, which was a full service and a head gasket replacement, as well as the fitting of four new glow plugs and all associated components.

This Land Rover Defender 110 Spectre Evocation is a well-executed tribute to the antagonist’s Defender frommuch-loved 2015 James Bond film, with an impressive selection of cosmetic changes to the body and cabin. Recently repainted and presented in excellent conditionthroughout, it would make a superb addition to any movie-themed car collection, as well as an imposing daily driver, weekend toy, or car show companion.
